The room had a flat-screen TV, climate control, and a personal safe, the food was exceptional, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Totally great stay for one night...

The breakfast was very satisfying and good with the pancakes and Indian options, no complains at all. It had great location, near GVK mall and the Hard Rock Cafe, restaurants and bars and local shops. Fast food restaurant Mamu was located 15 minutes walk away.

The rooms here are incredibly comfortable and come with all amenities, and there is a nice bar area to enjoy.

Clean, remarkable hotel with fairly quiet and awesome staff with the service of the In Room Dining Staff. Great and beautiful location to a water park. Appreciated nice enough area.

Enjoyed the delicious breakfast here, including pancakes, continental choices, and some interesting surprises. 🥞 the variety and quality of the food were much appreciated.

The location of the hotel was great, down the hill. The rooms were all impeccable and fantastic with great bathroom, bed unmade.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area and has outstanding staff providing excellent service, so be sure to book the superior twin room on the third floor for a wonderful stay.

good staff, bit too grovelling

rip off texi charges...terrible way to welcome and send guests away with.. really bad..many of my group bemoaned it. prices were too much for drinks the food sent to the room was terrible, cold and not good.. avoid the club sandwhitch

It was my first visit to Hyderabad, India at all, so I was looking for places from the map and people rewiew, well its a center but not exactly center. Inspite of that I understood that I booked exactly nice place, cause if u want to get somewhere u need a taxi anyway, so this place very calm, beautiful, close to everyplace, if u go out..street full of small shops, end of the street has the big mall..so nothing bad..i liked everything

The staff at Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Hyderabad Banjara Hills were absolutely perfect from start to finish.

International standard of service. Nice buffet for breakfast. Very quiet (especially rooms with windows on court). Location not far from the airport flyover and gvk one mall.

The opening hours of the swimming pool are too limited (7pm is too early to close!) The main issue is that the hotel is difficult to find: taxi and rickshaw drivers do not know the address and find it confusing. This is problematic since taxis are already not very reliable in India. The trick: ask to be taken to road number 4 from the GVK mall in Banjara Hills. From there, there are signs for the last hundreds of meters (right-left-right turns). But we had some problems with booking a taxi: the door man told us it never came, then told us it waited 40 minutes (in which case he must have arrived 1h before the arranged time!) and left... I took us a while to sort things out and the hotel staff tried to sell us their very expensive hotel taxis instead of helping us with the taxi company.

The rooms! Very pretty, well designed & spacious rooms.

Staff was at times too much after us asking how the food was, how the stay was etc. etc... Just too much! Service was slow while restaurants were empty. The Terrace should be changed and enlarged!
